A "Short Sale" is when a home is sold for less than the amount the Homeowner owes his/her Lender. A "Short Sale" does not hurt the Homeowner's credit as much as a foreclosure, so the Homeowner will be more likely to be able to purchase another home in the future.

Sue Traweek helps her Clients navigate the complex Short Sale process. Sue negotiates directly with the lender on the Homeowner's behalf to get the Lender's approval to sell the property.
